Part 1 of 15
Summary
| Roster | Ten creators, live over six weeks | Two creators a week up to 10. Live by week: 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. This is my proposal, not a commitment from you. |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Real women who already wear lace briefs | Fit for Her Highness Briefs and Le French Cut Briefs. They wear the product on camera, not just hold it. |
| Production | 7 videos per creator per week | At ten creators that is 303 creator videos a month. One variable changes per test. |
| Pay | Three bands: Starter, Standard, Premium | Base pay $300, $500 or $800. Caps $600, $1,000 or $1,500. All Proposed. |
| Bonus | Cap bonus plus $50 past 100,000 views | At the cap: Starter $300, Standard $500, Premium $700. One $50 view bonus per creator per month. |
| Compliance | Claims sheet before any camera rolls | Creators quote only lines copied from your product pages. A video that breaks the sheet earns no bonus. |
| Category rule | No health or body-outcome promises | Leakproof is described only as the gusset absorbing up to 1 teaspoon of liquid. Nothing about periods or medical use. |
| Goal | $1 per 1,000 views | My target. The simulator prints $5.74 on my starting assumptions, so the work is closing that gap. |
| Report | One table every Monday | Videos, views and cost per 1,000 views by creator and format. Losers named and cut early. |
| Decision | Monthly ceiling $15,000, bonuses excluded | The one call I need: approve ten creators under that ceiling, with your team signing off the claims sheet. |

History
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
At Tabs I ran the creator program and the paid ad engine beside it. The playbook was simple: recruit, brief, change one variable per test, kill losers early. Here the category is lace briefs and leakproof underwear, and I have not run it before. That is why the claims sheet comes from your pages and your team signs it off.

Why now
883
Reviews already on the page
Your page shows 883 reviews. Creators would be adding to proof that exists, not asking people to trust a blank shelf.
Published4.8
A rating creators can point to
The site says 4.8 stars from thousands of women who were done settling. A creator can repeat the rating wording only as the brand writes it.
Published$20
A referral offer, no creator page
The site runs Refer A Friend, Get $20. I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page, so creators would be recruited by direct outreach.
Published15%
A first-order offer to point at
Early access to new styles plus 15% off the first order gives every video one honest call to action without inventing a code.

Principles
One number to protect: cost per 1,000 views
My target is $1 per 1,000 views. On my starting assumptions the simulator prints $5.74, so every test is aimed at closing that gap.
One variable per test
Same Her Highness Briefs, same creator, only the hook changes. With 7 videos per creator per week there is enough volume to read the result.
Losers killed early
A format that misses after its first week of posts is cut. Its slots go to the formats moving toward the $1 target.
Claims sheet before camera
Creators quote only lines like "Smooths your curves without constricting." Anything else goes to #claims first and gets a written answer.

One channel for everything
#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
JordanMon 8:30 AM
This week's brief: Her Highness Briefs, one hook per video. Show the scalloped edge under fitted clothing. Seven videos each, posted by Friday. Free shipping on $75+ goes in the caption only.
TessaMon 11:05 AM
Can I tell people the leakproof briefs handle a period? A few followers keep asking and I don't want to guess.
No. Say only what the page says: the gusset absorbs up to 1 teaspoon of liquid. Nothing about periods or medical use. Send the draft and I'll check it.
Reports botAppMon 9:00 AM
Monday report is up: views, cost per 1,000 views and format by creator. Target is $1. Two formats are below target and flagged for cutting.
JordanWed 2:20 PM
Renata, draft sent back. The opener says the leakproof briefs fix leaks. Reshoot it with the line from the page and keep your hook. Resubmit by Thursday morning.
Reports botAppThu 7:45 AM
A Le French Cut Briefs video crossed 100,000 views, organic only. The $50 view bonus is queued, one per creator per month. Raw file requested for paid testing.
JordanFri 10:15 AM
Weekly check: does any draft mention a gift or a discount? The only offers creators may use are free shipping on $75+ and 15% off when buying three lace panties.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.
Part 5 of 15
Formats

Brief 01
Leakproof, honest version
“I wore the leakproof briefs all day. Here's the honest version.”
Handheld at a bedroom mirror: gusset close-up, then a day of errands. Say only what the page says about the gusset.

Brief 02
Under fitted clothes
“Can you see them under these leggings? Look closely.”
Fixed phone, natural light. Turn slowly in fitted leggings, then zoom on the Le French Cut Briefs edge. One take.

Brief 03
Control without the squeeze
“Control briefs I forgot I was wearing. Let me show you.”
Sit, bend, reach at a desk in the Her Highness Control Briefs. Talk about how it feels, never what it does to your body.

Brief 04
Under every dress
“The one thing I put on under every dress.”
Spin in a dress, lift the hem to show the Pantyloon® Slip Shorts. Natural light, one take, no voiceover edits.

Brief 05
Matching lace set
“One matching lace set, three ways to wear it.”
Flat lay of the set, then three quick outfit swaps at home. End on the bralette and name the style once.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Smooths your curves without constricting.”, “Scalloped edge creates no show underwear.”, “Stay put coverage that won't ride up.”. Product names are said as printed.
Part 6 of 15
Recruiting
Four sources in
Existing reviewers
Start with customers already writing about Her Highness Briefs and Le French Cut Briefs. With 883 reviews, the pool is real. Your team would pass on the invite.
Rewards and referral members
People already earning points or using Refer A Friend, Get $20 like the product enough to tell friends. Ask your team whether they can be invited.
Underwear roundup creators
Creators who rank underwear across sizes and occasions. They are used to honest comparisons and to answering fit questions.
Affiliate or ambassador page
I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. Outreach would be direct, one creator at a time, with the claims sheet attached to the first message.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Wears it daily
Will wear the briefs on camera for a full day, not just hold them up.
2Audience fit
Her audience is women who care about comfort as bodies change, not a lingerie-model feed.
3Clean claims history
Her past videos make no health promises. I watch ten before anyone is briefed.
4Ships drafts on time
Sends seven drafts a week without chasing. One miss and her band does not move up.
5Honest on camera
Comfortable saying a style is not for her. Trust beats a perfect script.
Part 7 of 15
Who we want
Everyday comfort mom
Lives in one brief style and says so plainly. Shows her drawer, not a studio.
Likely product: Her Highness Briefs
Fitted-clothes dresser
Cares about lines under leggings and jeans. Films the edge up close.
Likely product: Le French Cut Briefs
Changing-body storyteller
Talks about bodies that keep changing in her own words, with no medical talk.
Likely product: Her Highness Leakproof Briefs
Dress and skirt wearer
Reaches for shorts under every dress. Films the hem lift and the spin.
Likely product: Pantyloon® Slip Shorts
Bralette lounge creator
Works from home, films the lounge day and the matching lace pieces.
Likely product: Tiara Lace Bralette
Gift and pajama fan
Films evening routines and gifting ideas around a $99.00 silk set.
Likely product: Great Camistry Silk PJ Set
Left off, every time
Always left out: minors, anyone who promises health or medical results for leakproof or control styles, creators who compare Bloomers with other brands, and anyone who cannot send seven drafts a week. Category rule: no body-shaming copy.

“Stay put coverage that won't ride up.”

Never said
Each one with the reason it stays out.
The leakproof briefs handle a full period
The page only says the gusset absorbs up to 1 teaspoon of liquid.
These fix bladder leaks
A health outcome the brand never states.
Better than Skims
Comparisons with other brands are never made on camera.
The control briefs slim your waist
The page says coverage without compression, not a body change.
Everyone gets 15% off everything
The offer is on three lace panties or a first order, with conditions.
Fits every body perfectly
A creator speaks only to her own size and how it fits her.
To confirm with the brand
Held until someone on the brand side signs off.
The gift with a $75 purchase
The site mentions a gift but I do not know what it is. Your team confirms before anyone names it.
Which sizes each style comes in
Size ranges were not collected. Creators wait for your team's answer before saying anything.
Part 10 of 15
Pay
Starter
$300–600
a month, by band
Starter: newer creators proving they can ship seven drafts a week and stay inside the claims sheet.
Bonus at the cap: $300
Standard
$500–1,000
a month, by band
Standard: steady creators whose videos hold a middle cost per 1,000 views week after week.
Bonus at the cap: $500
Premium
$800–1,500
a month, by band
Premium: the few whose formats beat the $1 target and who help brief the next creators.
Bonus at the cap: $700
Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One cap bonus per creator per month, paid only when the cap is reached.
- The $50 view bonus is per video past 100,000 views, one per creator per month.
- Organic views only. Boosted or paid views never count toward a bonus.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
Read it as my starting guess: at ten creators the simulator prints $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1.00 target. To close it, 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Ramp to ten creators
Two creators a week go live until ten are on the roster, over six weeks. Each gets the claims sheet and the first brief before filming.
Month one
Volume and first cuts
7 videos per creator per week, one hook change per test. The first losers are cut early. Pay stays in the bands, from $300 base to a $1,500 Premium cap.
Month two
Kill the weakest formats
The weakest formats lose their slots to the best. I check whether the median video is moving toward 21,711 views.
Month three
Keep what holds
Keep what beats the $5.74 starting estimate. Any video over 100,000 views goes to paid testing with the creator's written approval.
Day ninety
Review against $1
One review: where cost per 1,000 views landed against $1, and which of the ten creators earn a higher band.
Ceiling
Monthly ceiling
$15,000 with all ten creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded. The base case in the simulator costs $10,050.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.
Part 13 of 15
Report
Every Monday: one table by creator with videos posted, views, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, and which format worked. Losers are named and cut.

Part 14 of 15
Organic to paid
From organic to paid
Organic first
Every video posts on the creator's own account first. Nothing goes to paid until it has run on its own.
Pick the winners
Videos past 100,000 views, or with the best cost per 1,000 views, go on a short list each Monday.
Secure the rights
Before any paid use, the creator approves it in writing and the claims sheet is checked again.
Test in paid
One variable per test, losers killed early. Winning hooks go into the hook library for the next brief.

Part 15 of 15
Category rules
Intimate apparel: what a creator may say
Underwear is personal and the claims are narrow. These six rules keep every video honest and inside what your site already says.
Talk feel and fit, never outcomes
Describe how the briefs feel across a full day. No before-and-after shots and no promise about what they do to a body.
Leakproof wording is fixed
Use only that the leakproof gusset absorbs up to 1 teaspoon of liquid. Nothing about periods, incontinence or medical use.
Control styles: coverage, not shaping
For Her Highness Control Briefs, stay with real coverage without compression. No claim about slimming or changing shape.
No other brands, ever
Never name another label, even when press coverage does. Comparisons stay off camera and out of captions.
Her own size, once
A creator may state the size she wears, as she wears it. She never promises how a style will fit anyone else.
Offers as the site shows them
Free shipping on $75+, buy three lace panties for 15% off, first order 15% off. Every post carries a paid-partnership label.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
